As a rule, I watch every episode of an anime at least once, this remains true with Bleach. After that, when I rewatch anime though, I tend to skip over the filler material. In the case of Bleach, there are entire seasons devoted to filler material.
Filler (not derived from the source) and canon (derived from the source) content make up a significant portion of the episodes of the Bleach anime. The timing of the filler arcs and episodes in the anime also lead frustrating pauses in the main story. As such, I have included the filler episodes and arcs as well as which episodes to watch to get the whole story without interruptions.

Maybe some day they will re-release the series with reduced filler (sort of like Dragonball Kai.)
I hope so, and now that the manga is done I hope they complete the anime, whether it is a remake or continuation I don’t mind. I just want the full completed Bleach anime
Same opinion here! Since the end of the Anime, I still have not read the manga yet. I’d really prefer if they make a sequel instead of a remake though.
The only thing with a sequal is will they get the same Voice actors? That is my main concern
ShÅ«suke Amagai was an interesting captain I thought. However the arc he was in…is just bad.

Thanks for sharing. I can never remember which episodes are filler when someone asks me. Ilike the Bount arc but the other 2 I can pass on.
Same here, that’s why I originally made the list. Some parts of the Bount arc are good others I just skip the same with the Zanpakuto arc, some bits I watch others I don’t bother. š
