As a rule, I watch every episode of an anime at least once, this remains true with Bleach. After that, when I rewatch anime though, I tend to skip over the filler material. In the case of Bleach, there are entire seasons devoted to filler material.
Filler (not derived from the source) and canon (derived from the source) content make up a significant portion of the episodes of the Bleach anime. The timing of the filler arcs and episodes in the anime also lead frustrating pauses in the main story. As such, I have included the filler episodes and arcs as well as which episodes to watch to get the whole story without interruptions.
Bleach episodes that are fully filler:

- 33;
- 50;
- 64-108;
- 128-137;
- 147-149;
- 168-189;
- 204-205;
- 213-214;
- 228-266;
- 287;
- 298-299;
- 303-305;
- 311-341;
- 355
The filler takes Bleach down from 366 episodes to 203 episodes. That is 122 hours of watch time being reduced by roughly 67 hours. To watch the entirety of Bleach without filler will take around 67 hours.
