Palencia was born in Oklahoma on the 13th February. She is an English voice over actor working in America. She graduated from Weatherford High School in 2002.
She was influenced by Dragon Ball Z while she was studying at the University of North Texas (UNT). After she had graduated from UNT with a Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2006, she started her career as a voice actress for Funimation. For a time she was a director as well but she eventually decided to become a full-time actress. She has been a voice actor since 2004.
She now currently lives in Dallas, Texas in the U.S.
