With the theme for this year’s calenders being anime battles, I knew I just had to include Dragon Ball. However, this did pose a slight problem for me. Although I did get recommendations on which battles to feature in the calendar, I had no way of knowing if the images I would be looking at were genuine screenshots or if they were recreations of scenes to ‘improve’ upon the graphics.
The main reason for that is because I have not actually watched Dragon Ball since Dragon Ball Z so many aeons ago. I rewatched Dragon Ball around 5 years ago but that was pretty much as far as my watching has gone of the franchise in a really long time.
So what was a girl to do? I called upon my ‘adopted’ brother and fellow Facebook assistant and admin, Dylan. A big shout out and thanks to him for getting the screenshots to me for this calendar. He even went so far as to label each one so that I would know who is in each battle. So we honestly have him to thank for this calendar. Otherwise, it would have been much delayed, or not ever an option.
So without further delay, here is my/our very first Dragon Ball calendar.
