Adding madness to the challenge title was a good call. Watching 31 anime in 31 days was quite the task to take on. I had not really planned for it and decided to do this challenge literally two days before the start of March, 27 February 2021. The goal of completing 31 anime was to clear a lot of anime off of my to watch list.
The new anime season, spring 2021, has just begun. Some of the below-mentioned anime have already aired their first episode. These lists reveal a lot about my tastes and by going through the seasonal list I can see the current trends and popular themes. The winter season had a lot of great new anime and I am hoping this spring brings a few gems with it.
The tailed beasts in Naruto are commonly known as Bijuu. The Bijuu are also referred to as "Chakra Monsters", since they are living forms of chakra. The tailed beasts have a history of their own and here it is.
B Gata H Kei, aka Yamada's First Time is one of those anime that I feel bad that I actually enjoyed watching. Despite what the anime is about, it is surprisingly innocent. It was definitely made with a more mature - adults - audience in mind, whether the age restriction agrees or not. This time, the ecchi aspect of an anime is not just there as fan service but as an actual plot device. I'm shocked too.
