This one did not take much for me to answer. The below ladies I feel are underrated especially since their existence is so important. Without these ladies the anime would not have occurred the way it did and their outcomes would be vastly different.
Kofuku
She was a much needed friend to Yato for decades. She also provides the important ‘home’ base for the mismatched group and often as the informant for Hityori on most things related to Yato and the world of the Gods.

Shizuka Marikawa
Without her the kids would have died at school end of story. Or even if they had managed to get away from the school their mismatched group would have split and susiquently died at some point. She is the only one who knows how to drive, it is through her the group gets weapons and a seriously fortified vehicle to drive through the Zombies. Her ditsy brain also somehow managed to keep the group together.
Anime: High School of the Dead
There is a whole long list of female characters that I would like to mention but for me those two were my two leading ladies for the best supporting female anime characters.
