Chōmei is the Seven Tailed Beast
Chōmei looks like a giant beetle with six tails that resemble wings. Plus it has a seventh insect tail. Its younger form resembles larvae. All of its grow from the end of its abdomen. The wing like tails are orange and its eyes seem to be covered by a helmet-like skull. It has two pincers with three parts on its face, covering a mouth full of sharp teeth.
Chōmei comes across as having a happy go lucky and cheerful personality. It refers to himself as “Lucky Number Seven.”
The way that it attacks is very similar to that of an insect. By using it’s wings it can fly and even emit blinding powder. It has even been known to create cocoons from chakra absorbing threads.
