Delivery and Return Policy

How long will delivery take?

Please allow for 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so you will likely receive your package sooner. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Tracking your delivery

We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries. You can easily track your package’s progress using their tracking page. Both we and The Courier Guy will provide you with a tracking number, which you can enter into the search bar on their website to see the status of your delivery.

Example:

  1. Receive your tracking number via email or SMS.
  2. Visit the The Courier Guy tracking page.
  3. Enter your tracking number into the search bar.
  4. View the current location and estimated delivery date of your package.

What is your Return Policy?

We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return policy below:

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, you have two options:

  1. Refund (excluding courier costs):
    • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
    • We will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price, however, the initial courier cost will not be refunded.
  2. Replacement (at your own cost):
    • Return the damaged product to us at your own expense.
    • Upon receiving and verifying the damage, we will ship a replacement product to you.

Other Returns

For returns unrelated to damage (e.g., change of mind), we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or replacements.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and a description of the issue. I will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
  • Please ensure the product is in its original packagingand unused for returns.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to avoid any issues.
